My first meal in Seoul, and it was hard to beat! It was one of the best meals I have EVER eaten, with creative food combinations and BRILLIANT presentation. The care and consideration, the owner's sense of excitement for each dish, and the flavours... simply WOW.
I ate very well over three days in Korea, but this was the absolute highlight! The frozen air rolled in bean paste that looked like a marshmellow was incredible. The small "pie" that was puree of pumpkin and sweet potato with macadamian nut, and decorated with flavourful mint and flower sprigs was devine. Would go back to Seoul just to dine here again!
Great food. It is served in courses. It keeps coming. Each and every preparation is yummy and well presented. The rice cake with some fruit drink was yummy. I really loved this place.
